To make a sugggestion, Koreans use -(eu)psida ㅂ시다 / 읍시다 (let's do).
If the verb stem ends in a vowel, use psida. If the stem ends in a consonant, use eupsida.
음료수 마십시다 eum-ryo-su ma-sip-si-da! Lets have a drink!
밥을 먹읍시다! bab-eul meog-eup-si-da! Let’s eat!
Another way to express a suggestion is to add 자 to the stem. This ending is easier because it's shorter and gets attached to stems ending both in consonants and in vowels.
밥을 먹자! bab-eul meok-jja! Let’s eat!
