If I'm correct, which I might not be, it's in between the two: the second 'ee' sound is very short (more like the 'y' in 'yes' than the 'ee' in 'feet'). I'm not sure what you mean by 'ou'.

So in English it'd be spelt something like 'meelyu'. If you know IPA, it'd be transcribed as /milʲʊ/.

"ou" would be pronounced like "oo" in the English word "boo"

myliu = I love

my is pronounced simply like English word me

The i in liu is not a sound. It is a softening mark for the L to be pronounced softly.

The u is pronounced like oo in cook/book/hook.

So liu is something like look (without k), only the L is soft.

You should put the stress on my.

The IPA is /bo'butʲe/

In English, it'd be like saying:
"bo"~"boh"
"boo"
"tyay" (the "y" in the "ty" part of this is pronounced very lightly)
